Choosing a Shipping Method

We are proud to offer you a choice between USPS Priority International or UPS Worldwide Expedited.  Please read the following for more details:

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International - Allow 15-18 days for arrival

  • 1. USPS costs about 3x less than UPS
  • 2. Provides delivery confirmation to the country, but does NOT provide real-time tracking information. 
  • 3. Once the parcel has arrived in the country, we are unable to provide any additional information.
  • 4. Time in transit varies based on country

UPS Worldwide Expedited - Allow 10-14 days for arrival

  • 1. UPS costs about 3x more than USPS
  • 2. Provides real-time tracking and delivery confirmation.  
  • 3. Door-to-door service
  • 4. Up to three delivery attempts

Duties & Taxes

Taxes or duties charged by your country at customs are the customers' responsibility.  These charges are not included in our price. 

Shipping Promotions

Shipping promotions, such as free shipping, do not apply to international orders.

Refusing Parcel

Shipping costs and returns fees will not be refunded if parcel is refused.

Secure Ordering Guidelines

As a security measure for our customers and online shoppers worldwide, international orders are subject to the following guidelines:

  1. 1. Order must be paid using a confirmed Paypal account.
  2. 2. The “Bill To” and “Ship To” addresses must match. 3. We cannot ship to a location that is different than the account holder's address.
  3. 4. All high dollar and high volume orders must be validated prior to processing.
  4. 5. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made if we suspect fraud.

International Returns

We realize that online purchases are not always what you expect when you receive them and we are happy to refund you for any merchandise you find unsatisfactory. However, all international return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns up to 60 days from the date of your purchase for items that are unused and have all original packaging intact.

All merchandise must meet the guidelines listed below or it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • 1. Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag.
  • 2. Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for return.
  • 3. Include Packing Slip: Please include the packing slip in the parcel. If you have misplaced it, contact info@ecommercesuperstores.com, and we will email you a new one to include in the package.
  • Shipping insurance is strongly recommended as parcels lost in transit will not be refunded.

Refunds

Please keep all shipping paperwork until your card is credited.  Upon inspection of the item to ensure it is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, you will receive a full refund within one week. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
